Essential Website
From S$490 for up to four essential pages. The exact deliverables, timeline and any additional work are confirmed in your written quote.

Content, timing and payment
Supply approved text, logo and images before work starts. Light polishing of supplied copy may be included. Delivery is 5–7 working days after all content and deposit are received, subject to timely feedback and agreed scope. Pay 50% to begin work and 50% before production launch.
LionTech is not GST-registered. No GST is charged.
Exclusions and changes
Domain, hosting, premium licences, paid stock, email hosting and third-party fees are separate.
No ecommerce, booking engine, login, database, multilingual content or custom integration in the S$490 scope.
Extra pages and features require a written variation quote.
Ownership and licensed materials
Ownership of commissioned website code transfers after final payment. Third-party libraries, fonts, images and services remain under their respective licences and are listed at handover. You must have permission to use supplied materials.
Warranty and ongoing care
The Essential Website includes a 30-day defect warranty from production launch for failures against the agreed scope. Two revision rounds are included before launch. New features, new content, third-party changes and ongoing maintenance are separate. Business Website includes a 60-day defect warranty.
Your written agreement
The project quote will specify acceptance criteria, dependencies, cancellation arrangements and any additional terms before payment. Changes require a written variation quote.
